Founder and president of Executive Charters, known throughout the greater Bay Area as the chosen fishing charter service to business professionals, executives, professional athletes & coaches (San Francisco 49ers and San Francisco Giants), and many visiting professional ball clubs (i.e.) Cleveland Indians, New York Giants, Minnesota Twins.

One of the founding partners of Golden Gate Financial Group, a financial service organization, affiliated with The Equitable Companies in 1975. Golden Gate Financial Group provides financial analysis and management services to individuals, businesses, and estates. Marketing and sales have been my business for more than 24 years. My duties were to hire and train people to sell financial products, as well as be a top producer. After 21 years, I resigned effective May 10, 1996 as Senior Executive Vice President in order to pursue life long goal to be a charter boat captain and fishing professional. I still continue to provide business and estate planning insurance services to a select clientele.

Official I.G.F.A. World Record Holder (Under Rainbow Trout)
First place finish in the Annual Cal-Oregon Steelhead Derby, March 1, 1997. Landed and released 17 steelhead unharmed. I am very proud to contribute to this great cause and win.

Outooor writer for North American Fisherman Magazine, April 2001 to present.

I was the featured guest in April 2001 on a Fox Network Sports Special which was dedicated to describing our business and our commitment to catch and release (copies available upon request). Also, I have been a special guest fisherman on the Outdoor Life Channel (American River Journals) and Bay TV's Gone Fishin in addition to being guest host to George Seifert former SF 49ers coach and current Carolina Panthers coach on KRON's Bay Area Backroads.

I have captured and released the largest steelhead ever caught on 8 pound test line (32 pounds, 2 oz) and was recognized in 62 US newspapers for this accomplishment. By being a captain who is known to DELIVER and through marketing endevours, I have secured sponsorship for my charter service from the best suppliers and manufacturers of fishing gear in the world: GLoomis, Shimano, Luhr Jensen, Ande Line, Gamakatsu, Bill Lewis Lures, Yozuri Lures and Seaguar Fluorocarbon. I am currently a member of the GLoomis and Shimano Pro Staff. I am also a product designer and field tester for most of my affiliates.
